SYNTAX
Start-Transcode [[-crf] <Object>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Transcodes video files containing extensions .mp4, .mkv, .avi, and .mpg
Inputted Parameters are
-c:v libx265 -crf 21 -ac 6 -c:a aac -preset veryfast
