DESCRIPTION
Sends a ping (ICMP) to a computer
EXAMPLES

Test-PSOnePing -ComputerName 127.0.0.1, microsoft.com, powershell.one -Timeout 2000
Pings three computers with a maximum timeout of 2000 milliseconds
