Add a Pin to a Chocolatey Package
SYNTAX
Add-ChocolateyPin [-Name] <String> [[-Version] <String>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Allows you to pin a Chocolatey Package like choco pin add -n=packagename
